AI consulting from someone who actually builds.

I'm India. I design and build custom AI systems and automations for professionals and small businesses — scoped in plain language, priced as fixed projects, and measured honestly.

Ways to work together

Everyone starts in the same place. Not everyone ends up in the same place.

Everything starts with your actual workflows — the systems get built around how you already operate.

The Audit

Two weeks inside your operation. You get a build map you own: what to automate, in what order, and why.

Fixed fee · credits toward your first build

The Partnership

I stay on as your AI operator — maintaining what's running, measuring what it returns, and building what's next.

The Audit

You get the map before anyone builds the machine.

The Audit produces a build map you own outright: what to build, what to leave alone, what order to tackle it in, and why. If you'd rather build it yourself or hand it to another developer, the map still works — that's the point.

$1,500 · flat fee · build map included
The credit: the full $1,500 comes off the build price on builds of $4,000 or more. The clock starts at audit delivery; the trigger is contract signed within 30 calendar days.

The person behind the systems

Hi, I'm India — your one point of contact.

Acendria is a solo practice by design: the person you meet on the first call is the same one who scopes, builds, and stands behind your system. No handoffs, no account managers, no black boxes.

Solo doesn't mean alone. Behind every engagement sits an advisory bench of software engineering and IT professionals I trust — so each system gets a second set of expert eyes before it ever runs your business.

Fair questions

the ones everyone actually asks ↓
Is it safe to give an AI system access to my business data?
Yes, when it's built to run inside your own accounts. Acendria builds systems that use your logins and your API keys, with each automation scoped to only the data it needs. Every action is logged, so you can see what touched what. Your data is never used to train any AI model.
Will AI automation break the tools I already use?
No. Automations connect to your existing tools through official integrations — Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack, whatever you already run — and don't replace or reconfigure them. Every system is tested against copies of your real workflows before it goes live, and any automation can be switched off in one step.
Do I need to be technical to work with an AI consultant?
No. You describe how your business actually runs, in plain language. Translating that into a working system is the job. Everything ships with plain-English documentation, and you never touch code.
How much time does this take from me?
The audit takes about 2–3 hours of your time across two weeks: one kickoff conversation and one walkthrough of your workflows. Builds take less — a scoping session up front, then quick feedback as pieces go live. The point is to give you hours back, not spend them.
How much does AI automation cost for a small business?
The audit is $1,500 flat. Builds typically run $3,500 to $15,000 depending on how many systems they touch. The $1,500 is credited against your build cost if you sign a contract within 30 days of audit delivery, on builds of $4,000 or more.
What is a build map?
A build map is the deliverable from an Acendria audit: a written plan of what to automate in your business, in what order, and why. It names the specific workflows, the tools involved, the expected hours returned, and the sequence to build them in. You own it outright.
What if I want to build it myself, or hire someone else?
The build map still works. It's written to be handed to any competent developer — or followed yourself. That's deliberate. You're paying for the plan, and the plan is yours whether or not Acendria builds anything.
How long does an AI automation project take?
An audit takes two weeks. Most individual builds ship in two to six weeks depending on scope. Nothing here runs on a quarterly cycle — if a system takes a quarter to deliver, it was scoped wrong.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every system ships with logging and error alerts, so failures surface immediately rather than silently. Clients on a monthly partnership get ongoing monitoring and fixes. One-off builds include a support window after launch, and you keep full access to the code and configuration either way.
